New Director?

Maybe! This month I am officially in my DIQ-Director in Qualification-status. Basically what that means is that if I meet the director requirements this month, then January 1st I'll officially be a director. I never imagined that this is where my journey would go when I first started with Thirty-One. I have eight amazing ladies on my team. And I keep finding more great women who want to find out all about the wonderful things that Thirty-One has to offer and be a part of my team. I've been so blessed and I love the encouragement I get from my directors, and the encouragement I can give to my consultants. I am confident that I'll make my director qualifications this month and can't wait to start the next leg of my journey!

Finally Fall!

We're nearing my one-year anniversary with 31, and let me say that it has been an amazing journey! When I made the decision to join 31 Gifts I never imagined how much it would bless my life and my family. My team is always growing, and it looks like I will most likely be doing my DIQ(Director in Qualification) next month. I didn't set specific promotion goals when I first joined 31 but seeing how quickly my upline directors made their promotions made me want to aspire to be more than just a consultant. Right now my downline total is 9, I have 8 personally enrolled consultants and one of my consultants has her first recruit!

I love the amazing journey the first year has taken me on and I can't wait to see what happens my second year!

Fall 2011 Catalog

Well, the new fall catalog is officially here!!! :)

I brought home 25 from National Conference and now only after being home only a week I only have one left! But I also have four parties in the works, so yay for me!! I'm hoping to have a busy fall.

National Conferene

Here I come!!!! I can't wait to go to Ohio in two weeks for the 31 National Conference. I know it is going to be a great time meeting tons of other 31 Consultants, Directors, Executive Directors and above. I also get to tour the home office and see how everything works from the customer service department to assembling and personalizing orders. I'm signed up for four or five seminars as well which I'm also excited about. According to the home office, consultants who go to national conference end up getting a 60-70% increase in business and sales due to the things they've learned at conference. So I am really excited to go and of course help my consultants and ladies in waiting jump start their business as well!

I'm leaving Wednesday morning-July 13th-and driving straight there. Well I'm stopping in Ankeny to pick up another consultant and then we're making the estimated 10.5 hr drive in one day. The lady who is riding with me only needs a ride out there, which is perfect because I'm stopping in Urbana, Illinois for the night on the way home to stay with Amanda and Greg. So I am really looking forward to this trip! Oh and of course going to conference means getting free stuff and being able to buy things only available at conference! I can't wait!

April-Almost Booked!

I've now got two parties booked for April, so I'm almost full. If anyone wants to host a party now is a good time to contact me because May and June are going to be harder months for me to schedule since it's planting season. But I am so thrilled that I've had such great luck booking parties! And I still have at least one person at every party who says to me, "I had never even heard of 31 Gifts before I got invited to this party. This stuff is so cute/fun, I want everything!" Hearing people say that literally makes my day! My party sales have been awesome, just closed two more $500 parties today!

On another note, I am so excited for the recruiting ban to be lifted because I have one person who is really interested and said she'll probably sign up. And I have another person who is semi-interested but I'm pretty sure I can convince her to sign up as well. I'm totally shooting to be a director by the end of the year! I can't wait!
