April-Almost Booked!

I've now got two parties booked for April, so I'm almost full. If anyone wants to host a party now is a good time to contact me because May and June are going to be harder months for me to schedule since it's planting season. But I am so thrilled that I've had such great luck booking parties! And I still have at least one person at every party who says to me, "I had never even heard of 31 Gifts before I got invited to this party. This stuff is so cute/fun, I want everything!" Hearing people say that literally makes my day! My party sales have been awesome, just closed two more $500 parties today!

On another note, I am so excited for the recruiting ban to be lifted because I have one person who is really interested and said she'll probably sign up. And I have another person who is semi-interested but I'm pretty sure I can convince her to sign up as well. I'm totally shooting to be a director by the end of the year! I can't wait!

March Madness

Well, I survived the five parties in ten days. One was amazing, over $1000 in sales! A couple others weren't quite as successful but still did good. I was thrilled with my overall February sales and am hoping to match them this month! I've got two parties that I'm almost ready to close right now, and then I have a catalog party to close this weekend or early next week. And then next Thursday will be my last party this month, so it'll be nice to have the last part of the month off and not be rushing to enter a party at the last minute. Then April 1st I have a party so I'll be starting off with the parties right away in April!

One thing I want to mention is that my sponsor Mandi finally got her promotion to Director this month! Yay! I'm so happy to be a part of such an amazing company and have such great leaders to look up to!

Five Parties...Ten Days...Yikes!

When I first signed up with 31 Gifts, my initial goal was to meet the 12 parties in 90 days so that I could get all of the Start Swell incentives. I made that goal with a few days to spare. And once I reached that goal, I figured I'd be perfectly content to do one or two parties a month. That hasn't been the case however. I can't complain one bit that starting Tuesday the 15th, I'll have my ten day of pure madness! Five parties, in ten days, plus throw in two nights of bowling, two days of watching a friend's girls, and an overnight stay at Adventureland Inn and you have ten days of insanity!

But despite the fact that I know I'll be feeling just like a chicken with it's head cut off for ten days, I wouldn't want it any other way! Lol! Well, maybe a little less crazy. I just can't get over how incredibly wonderful it has been for me to be able to sell products that I love and have such good luck booking parties! My next goal is to get a few more recruits under my belt. That goal however is indefinitely on hold. Due to the immense amount of growth, 31 Gifts has put a temporary freeze on new consultants. So if anyone is thinking about signing up you'll have to wait a little while. I don't know yet when the freeze will be thawed, but I'll let you know!

Spring Catalog!

I completely forgot! February first was the release of the new catalog! Click here to see it. I unfortunately have to mention that some of the items shown in the catalog have been held back and will actually be released March first. All of the 31Kid items have been put on hold, including the toddler backpacks, the hooded towels, the teddy bear and blanket, the pacifier clips, the bath mit and cloth, the bib and burp cloth set, the personalized boxers and bloomers, and the thermal pack 'n totes. One other item has been held, and that is the umbrellas. So for those of you thinking ahead for spring you'll have to wait just a few more weeks.

But I promise that the release of these items is only being delayed to ensure that 31 can keep all of their customers, and consultants, satisfied with their service. Due to an overwhelming demand, 31 decided to wait and build up a good stock of these items so that customers wouldn't have to wait weeks for their items. So please don't be too upset!

My last update is on the thermal totes. As a consultant I was so thrilled that the larger thermal totes-the picnic tote and the market tote-were going to be PVC lined to make them water-tight. However, the mass production totes aren't meeting the strict product guidelines that 31 is looking for. So those totes are no longer going to have the PVC lining. It just isn't meeting their expectations. I'm sorry to dash everyones hopes on finally getting a good tote that's water-tight. But I'm sure that in the mean time the 31 Gifts team is going to come up with something even better!
